Well my home oven took a crap now the only way I can bake food is in the BEMCO Backpacker Oven on my stove top. So we have been baking a lot lately and this is a photo of our latest. Cornish Game Hens stuffed just like a turkey.

We baked them for about 50min but it may have been an hour I did not keep track. But they sure do look good. They tasted great and completely cooked all the way through. While baking we had to rotate them from top to bottom a couple of times. This was to keep them cooking evenly.
I guess you could bake some wild quail in the oven if you can catch them. Any way have fun and this is just another example of how well the BEMCO Backpacker Oven works. Try it yourself and if does not work we will give you your money back!
