We made the first trial run with the oven this weekend. We cooked 3 Pizza's, and it turned out great. We were really impressed and wowed by how well everything worked. By the way, we used a JetBoil Helios stove, it should be recommended that the push button igniter be removed when using the oven, the glue that holds the wire to the spark rod can't handle the heat and will melt out.
Other than that, it was a very successful trial run. Attached is a picture with the 2nd pizza and #3 just getting started.
