Just got this from a very happy Backpacker Oven Owner.

	Pineapple Upside Down Cake
	I've tried every method there is to bake while backpacking. I've been successful with other methods but  nothing comes close to the simplicity and reliability of your oven - I almost feel like I am cheating!  I only have a picture of the cake but we also had bake Mac & Cheese & Eggs Benedict!  Thank you very Much Joe!
